Neo Emotional Release

Neo Emotional Release sessions are a sacred space where we trust the body’s innate intelligence to guide the healing process. With full presence and support, you’ll feel safe to access the sensations and emotions you’ve had to suppress.

 

Every feeling carries wisdom and when met with acceptance, even deep pain can finally release. As old patterns dissolve, you may experience a profound sense of lightness and reconnection. You’ll begin to remember who you are beyond fear, doubt, or limitation. Each session is intuitively guided and unique, revealing the personal truth and inner wisdom that has always lived within you.

*All Emotional Release Sessions include Hypnosis.

In person sessions include activating touch to transmute stuck emotions.

Hypnosis 

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state where the subconscious mind opens up for lasting transformation. The analytical mind quiets down, creating space for new belief systems, healthy patterns, and overall well-being.

Traditional Hypnosis sessions are available for those looking for:

-Habit Changes, Fears/Phobias, Changing Mental Patterns, 

Goal Achievement, Stress Reduction,  Behavioral Shifts

+Other mental-leaning challenges

This is recommended for those who don't that feel deep emotional work is necessary for growth. Those who are more neutral internally are a great fit for hypnosis-focused sessions.

What To Expect

During The Session

​

Every session is personalized based on your needs in the moment.

 

We begin by creating safety in your body through grounding, breath, and presence (hypnosis sessions also include special inductions). From there, we may work with stored emotions, subconscious beliefs, or parts of yourself that are ready to be seen and released.

 

Information will arise in the form of images, thoughts and sensations which will be explored in order to release. You may access parts of yourself that you didn't know existed. Deep pain may surface as well as profound joy. You’ll be guided gently and intuitively throughout.

You are ALWAYS in control and can change the trajectory of the session at will.

​

You will only go as deep as you are willing and ready to go. Trust that your body's intelligence will take you exactly where you need.

Both types of sessions will typically include:

30-45 minutes of cognitive discussion

45 minutes for the work

10-15 minutes to recap and go over future integration

After The Session

​

How each person feels after the sessions varies greatly and depends on the nature of the session.​

​

Some may feel a lightness/relaxation they've never experienced as if their entire system has reset. Drowsiness may occur and can take a few hours to settle.

​

Others who process difficult emotions, may feel lethargic, sensitive, and an overall tenderness.​

New emotions may continue to arise after the session. This is all normal and a part of the healing process. I'm here for you and will make sure you leave the session with the right tools and ability to regulate.

​

Changes can take place immediately and/or months later.

​

It's important to allow yourself the proper rest, eating clean foods, and low stimulation post-session.

​

Based on the type of session, I will provide you with certain practices to help implement the positive changes that occurred.
